Imports to Russia from Thailand and Imports to Thailand from Russia
To ensure your cargo successfully crosses the borders of both countries (Russia and Thailand), you need to prepare the initial documents or information that will be used to issue export documentation.
So, first:
Prepare a list of the goods you are sending. The name of each item must be written in Russian and in English (if you don’t know the language, use Google Translate).
Indicate the quantity of each item in the column: “Кол-во шт” (Quantity pcs), Table #1
Create a list and enter all the information into the table.
Second:
Add a short description of each item. This will help correctly classify the goods and determine the HS code for the export declaration.
Add the description to Table #1.
Third:
Take photographs of the goods you are sending. The angle doesn’t matter, the main thing is that the item is clearly identifiable in the photo. If in doubt, feel free to take additional photos. This information is also important for determining the HS code.
Add the photos to Table #1 or rename the photo files to match the item number in the list of goods.
Fourth: Not the most difficult, but a very important point.
Pack homogeneous goods into transport boxes or other containers.
You need to measure the length × width × height of each package.
Record the dimensions in Table #1.
Fifth: This is weighing.
You need to weigh your goods. Each package separately. Enter the gross weight in the corresponding column: БРУТТО
And in the NETTO column, enter the weight without packaging. (Approximate is acceptable).
Number the boxes so you don’t forget what was placed where.
You’re doing great! Keep it up!
Sixth: and the last one for today.
Check what you’ve got.
Number of boxes, item names, descriptions, dimensions. If something is missing – fill it in the appropriate cells of Table #1.
By the way, you can get Table #1 to help you fill out the export goods list right now in the chat using the link:
If you came to this page via a link from the CHAT, then check your MESSAGES – if there’s a question, reply to it, and we’ve likely already sent the table.
